TT01 is an advanced Thai natural language AI engine and the first in-house solution built by a Thai bank. Developed as a joint collaboration between Bangkok Bank InnoHub, and Pand.ai, a Singapore-based fintech start-up, the solution provides a comprehensive and localized Thai conversational AI engine to businesses across the region. In addition to its accuracy, TT01 is trained to process both the Thai and English language, as well as emoticons, both of which are commonly used in daily text-based communications.

Mobile ID is a form of digital identity that links a mobile number with credentials generally presented in a citizen ID card. The Mobile ID Project, initiated by Bangkok Bank InnoHub and The Office of The National Broadcasting and Telecommunications Commission (NBTC), together with major mobile network operators in Thailand, aims to establish a trusted digital identity platform that enables data exchange across relevant industries to support digital services in the digital economy. The first trial use case is with Bangkok Bank. New customers can use Mobile ID authentication via the ‘atta’ mobile application to open an e-Savings account without having to visit a branch or prepare any documents. Transactions can be made easily and securely anytime, anywhere, which provides a huge benefit to customers in terms of enhanced security and greater convenience.
