Application Support Engineer

Responsibilities:

  • Working knowledge of SQL Databases & basic network configuration
  • Working Knowledge of IT Hardware and Software
  • Ability to learn and master employer-specific software
  • Complex problem solving
  • Resolve IT application-related incidents, service requests and problems in a timely and efficient manner in line with Business requirements
  • Employ appropriate application maintenance, support and incident management processes and procedures to support and maintain IT applications, and to investigate and resolve IT application-related incidents
  • Coordinate with teams and resolve all complex application and system issues
  • Design and maintain expertise in flow of application process and systems related to company
  • Supervise all alerts related to application and system procedures and provide services proactively

Qualifications:

Bachelor Degree in Computer Engineer, Computer Science, IT or other related fields

  • At least 3 years experience in JAVA software development or other programing languages
  • Experience working with one or more from the following; web application development, Unix environments, mobile application development, information retrieval, networking, developing large-scale software system, version control system, and/or security software development
  • Fresh grad is also welcome
